How we handle information when you visit vogi.design or contact the studio.

About this website
This website is run by vogi.design. Contact: vogi.designn@gmail.com. This notice covers this presentation website and enquiries sent to the studio. WalkTalk and Rešise are separate services with their own privacy information.
When you contact us
If you send an email, we receive your email address, the name shown by your email service, your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to respond, discuss a project and prepare a requested proposal. The basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. You choose what to share; without contact details we may be unable to respond. Please send only information relevant to your enquiry.
When you visit
The website is delivered through Firebase Hosting. Requests involve technical data, including your IP address. Google uses this information to deliver the service, detect abuse and analyse service usage. Our purpose is reliable and secure website operation, based on our legitimate interest. Firebase states that Hosting retains IP data for a few months. We have not added visitor analytics, advertising pixels, embedded videos or social-media trackers to this site.
Your language choice
When you select a language, the website stores that choice in your browser under vogi.language. It is used only to display your selected language and is not sent to us by the website. It stays until you change it or clear the website data in your browser. The site code does not set analytics or advertising cookies. You can use the site without saving a language choice.
Providers and international processing
We use Google services for website hosting (Firebase) and email (Gmail). Enquiries are available to the people handling your request and to the relevant service providers. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Google operates global infrastructure, so processing may take place outside Serbia, including in the United States. Its privacy information and service-specific processing terms describe its data handling and transfer safeguards: Google, Firebase and Google / Firebase. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data.
How long information is kept
We keep enquiry correspondence while needed to answer your request and manage any resulting discussion or project. The period depends on whether a project proceeds, outstanding obligations and any applicable legal retention or claim periods. Information no longer needed for these purposes is deleted. Contract and accounting records, if created, follow their applicable legal retention requirements. Hosting technical data follows the provider’s retention periods described above.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send requests to vogi.designn@gmail.com. You may complain to Serbia’s Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Poverenik). We do not use this website for automated decisions about you or profiling.
Links and changes
Clicking a link to an app or another website takes you to a separate service whose privacy information applies there. We update this notice when the website or our processing changes; the revision date appears above.
